DESCRIPTION
Running KDE Neon v6.6.5 running in a Qnap QTS Hero Virtualization Station setup
runs well, but having then performed an upgrade to v6.7.0 the VNC connection
used by Qnap works until logged in, when the screen flashes while moving the
mouse, for 250ms the screen appears then disappears constantly making the
screen impossible to use unlike earlier versions of KDE Neon.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restored the VM checked it worked on v.6.6.5
2. Upgraded once more, to find it stopped working again
3. If the mouse isn't moved the screen remains stable
4. If logged in with X11 everything works OK, but not in plasma
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen appears and disappears in what ever resolution and colour depth is used
in VNC
