I upgraded about ~250 packages with `aptitude`, seems like update to Plasma 6.7
started with these. There was TUI configuration to selected plasmalogin or sddm
as login manager, I was using sddm so far, I selected plasmalogin to test it.
After first reboot I got login screen as usual and entering password got me to
my desktop (with network manager unable to unlock WiFi passwords from KWallet,
but that's topic for another bug report).
After couple of minutes I selected Restart from the Application Menu ("start"
menu), and the Linux booted as usual, but instead of landing in the graphical
logic manager like sddm/plasmalogin, I had only six tty1 - tty6 VTs available.
I could login into them and running `sudo plasmalogin` from the shell on tty2
did shortly flash something IIRC but didn't end successfully.
I did reinstall plasmalogic package in aptitude from the VT and did another
reboot and now again graphical logic screen works and I'm back to desktop,
tried to "Restart" the machine two more times, and so far it worked every time.
Sadly I have no idea how to get more info about what failed, with `sudo dmesg`
from the VT when plasmalogin failed to show I didn't notice anything
extraordinary, and I don't know if there's some separate log for plasmalogin or
what to do in case in will fail next time.
So far I can't reproduce the issue.
