DESCRIPTION
After upgrading from Plasma 6.6.4 to Plasma 6.7.0, a previously-working Wi-Fi
connection now requires the password to be entered manually on every single
boot, even though the connection is saved and was connecting automatically
before the upgrade. Reverting the package set back to 6.6.4 restores the
previous automatic-connect behavior. Re-applying the 6.7.0 upgrade reproduces
the bug reliably.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Perform the upgrade on Fedora 44 with a saved Wi-Fi connection.
2. Reboot the machine.
3. Login
4. Observe that immediately after entering the login password, a Wi-Fi password
prompt appears for a network that was already connected and saved prior to
reboot.
5. Enter the password manually - the connection succeeds.
6. Reboot again and the same prompt reappears.
OBSERVED RESULT
Wi-Fi connection fails at boot before any prompt is shown, and only succeeds
once the user manually answers a password dialog after every single login.
EXPECTED RESULT
Wi-Fi connects automatically at login without a password prompt, as it did
consistently before this upgrade.
