DESCRIPTION
When a screen has fractional scaling, the buttons on KDE Plasma's shell have a
weird border.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a screen set to 150% scaling
2. Open the brightness menu or another menu with buttons
OBSERVED RESULT
Buttons have a weird looking border. (screenshot attached)
EXPECTED RESULT
Buttons should have a consistent border.
