only about 1/5th of the secondary display is useable!
display is VERY laggy and unresponsive, about 1/5th actually shows the focused
application, but its semi-unresponsive too.
The rest of the screen shows the desktop wallpaper or alternatively one of the
other applications open on that display in a visually glitched way.
