DESCRIPTION
After upgrading to Plasma 6.7 on Fedora 44, I am unable to enter accented
characters on LibreOffice, Chromium and some Electron apps (e.g. Todoist). All
was fine on Plasma 6.6.
My keyboard is pt-BR, but my system language is set to English.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Chromium
2. Enter accented text (e.g: á ã ô) on Google using dead keys
3. Accented characters do not work
