A screenshot showing Discover opened over Konsole window. In Konsole one can
see the result of  `sudo dnf update --refresh` which lists a lot of updates.
Discover claims the system is up to date

DESCRIPTION
Discover doesn't seem to show updates for me for some time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. (Optional) Ensure that there are updates to install with terminal tools 
2. Open Discover
3. Go to the Updates tab
4. Press Refresh

OBSERVED RESULT
"System is up-to-date"

EXPECTED RESULT
An option to upgrade packages, like in the past.
