DESCRIPTION
The flag to notify a user of a new application does not disappear after opening
said application.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable "Highlight newly-installed applications" feature in the application
launcher settings
2. Install a new application
3. Open said new application and close application
4. navigate back to new application shortcut
5. Observe that "new" flag still exists on already opened application
OBSERVED RESULT
"New" flag still exists after opening said application
EXPECTED RESULT
"New" flag should disappear after opening said application
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): CachyOS Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7 (Issue noticed in 6.5)
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
