Banding with "Prefer efficiency"
DESCRIPTION
After upgrading to Plasma 6.7 there's now very noticeable color banding in HDR
games on 9070XT. It only happens with "Prefer efficiency", it doesn't happen
with "Prefer accuracy".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch HDR monitor to "Prefer efficiency" mode
2. Run any HDR game (in my case Cyberpunk 2077 with RenoDX)

Noticable color banding
EXPECTED RESULT
No banding
