DESCRIPTION
With 6.7, LACT shows a "kwin_wayland" process holding my secondary nvidia gpu
which is not used for displaying (kernel parameter nvidia_drm.modeset=0 is
used).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two gpus : one AMD one for rendering, and a secondary nvidia with
nvidia_drm.modeset=0 kernel parameter.

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe kwin_wayland running a process on the secondary gpu not used for
rendering.

EXPECTED RESULT
kwin_wayland not running any process on the secondary gpu.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: CachyOS Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This appeared with 6.7.
Setting the environment variable KWIN_DRM_DEVICES = "<card>" does not help.
Logging out and logging back in released the kwin_wayland process.

Other bug reports suggest this may be related to SDDM.
