With 6.7, LACT shows a "kwin_wayland" process holding my secondary nvidia gpu
which is not used for displaying (kernel parameter nvidia_drm.modeset=0 is
used).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two gpus : one AMD one for rendering, and a secondary nvidia with
nvidia_drm.modeset=0 kernel parameter.
OBSERVED RESULT
Observe kwin_wayland running a process on the secondary gpu not used for
rendering.
EXPECTED RESULT
kwin_wayland not running any process on the secondary gpu.
