The message on hover has no width limit and has a maximum horizontal size of
the application windoe
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings -> Session -> Desktop Session
2. Hover any of the info tags
OBSERVED RESULT
The message takes the full width of the page
EXPECTED RESULT
The message is wrapped "inside a rectangle"
