for ListTableView

DESCRIPTION
For the ListTableView, I would love to see an option to make the header row
sticky.
By "sticky" I mean that the header row remains visible in full on top even when
the table is higher than the available height and the table is scrolled down.
This way, the user can keep track of the meaning of the columns easily without
having to scroll up again and also use other functionality like sorting
quickly, without losing her position in the list.
