--- Comment #1 from [email protected] --- built and installed https://github.com/NVIDIA/egl-wayland2 and removed the old egl-wayland from the BSP that was 4 years out of date. after doing so, OpenGL native Wayland performance improved to Xorg levels (in the below test case): New MC Java performance data on KDE Neon on Jetson Orin Nano Super: Plasma 6.6.5 Vulkan Wayland: 108fps Xwayland: ~44fps (unstable) Xorg: 117fps OpenGL: Wayland: 64fps Xwayland: ~35fps (unstable) Xorg: 66fps I have built and installed https://github.com/NVIDIA/egl-x11 to see if the newer version (also 4 years newer) would help XWayland performance but no improvement was observed from the previous numbers (in Mincraft Java at least, xwayland based glmark2 did improve and actually exceeds the native xorg performance). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
