Do not make reports like that in the future, the reports are ridiculously long, vacuous and patronizing. To put the report into a single sentence: "Krita should use the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to give free access to all storage instead of going through Android's regular permission system like Termux does." This is a restricted permission, Google does not permit applications to use it without a good reason.
