Here the default would be Always off
DESCRIPTION
The nightlight settings doesn't highlight what has been changed even if the
sidebar shows a dot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change night light settings
OBSERVED RESULT
No highlight
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a highlight on the changed setting
