I have to revise the previous comment. After installing Ubuntu 16.10 from
scratch changing the global icon theme no longer helps, Krusader stays stuck
without icons - no idea what changed. So I am back to calling
QIcon::setThemeName("breeze") from main.cpp. Seeing the inconsistent results,
having fallback icons inside the application would really be a good idea.
