DESCRIPTION
Fetching system updates (DNF & Flatpak) fails when attempted through the
Discover store. Updates are successful when done through the terminal. The GUI
just hangs on fetching updates and never actually shows any updates.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover store and go to "Updates"
2. Wait a few minutes for updates to pull
3. Close Discover and reopen via terminal to check for errors
4. Refreshing doesn't resolve
5. Deleting the Discover cache doens't resolve
OBSERVED RESULT
Discover hangs on updates without any indication that it is actually doing
anything. It appears to be waiting on something that never occurs.
EXPECTED RESULT
Updates should load and be shown in the "Updates" section in Discover.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I also disabled Snaps and removed the only Snap package that I had installed.
