Issue in Kwin
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maximize the window.
2. Close the app.
3. Launch the app.
4. Unmaximize the window.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window appear on the top-left, instead of the center like it does when it's
launched unmaximized.
EXPECTED RESULT
The behavior should be consistent since the user didn't even move the window
while unmaximized.
