Issue in Union
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move between widgets.
2. Open and close widgets repeatedly.
OBSERVED RESULT
With animations disabled, transitions between widgets have a very slow
animation instead of none, and opening widgets has the separator moving
completely glitched.
EXPECTED RESULT
No animations because they are disabled.
