I did as you said, in the "?" button it was told to insall xdgurl. I installed
xdgurl and clicked on the "install" button as instructed. A dialog opened "Do
you want to install XXX?". I clicked OK, download finished and a dialog
appeared "Installation successful". I clicked on "Open".  It opened
"~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/", but the directory is empty and the
theme is not in my "Look and Feel" themes. Even by downloading and manually
unzipping the theme to its place it is not shown.

After some tinkering it seems that I have problems only with some themes using
xdgurl. Can themes be platform specific or something?
