DESCRIPTION
Pager Widget in Taskbar doesn't update the names of Virtual Desktops when they
are changed in System Settings
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start with any configuration of virtual desktops and the pager widget
enabled in the taskbar
2. Change the name of one of the virtual desktops using System Settings ->
Window Management -> Virtual Desktops
3. Click the "Apply" button in the settings window
OBSERVED RESULT
The virtual desktop you renamed **does not** get renamed in the Pager Widget in
the Taskbar
(Unless you restart KDE Plasma Shell using `systemctl --user restart
plasma-plasmashell`)
EXPECTED RESULT
The virtual desktop you renamed **does** get renamed in the Pager Widget in the
Taskbar
(Without having to restart KDE Plasma Shell)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Let me give my personal bug experience as an example
I started in the following state:
- Pager Widget looked like A1.png (attached screenshot)
- System Settings -> Window Management -> Virtual Desktops looked like A2.png
- ~/.config/kwinrc looked like A3.txt
Then I changed the name of the "Moving" virtual desktop to "Foobar" and clicked
"Apply"
New state:
- Pager Widget looked like B1.png
- System Settings -> Window Management -> Virtual Desktops looked like B2.png
- ~/.config/kwinrc looked like B3.txt
