  Target Milestone: ---

Hello!
I noticed that the startup sound plays with a significant delay after the
splash screen appears. According to systemd-analyze blame,
plasma-startupsound.service takes around 6.8 seconds to complete, likely
because PipeWire is not fully initialized at that point.
The shutdown sound works correctly since PipeWire is already running at that
time. Only the startup sound is affected.
This seems like a regression, as the startup sound used to play correctly in
sync with the splash screen.
System info: Fedora 44, KDE Plasma 6.7, Wayland.
