DESCRIPTION
This happens only in a Wayland session, not in a X11 session.
When the screen pointer is moved to hover over something in the panel, which
will automatically show a popup on hover, the panel popup doesn't go away when
the screen pointer leave it.
To get a popup to go away, the user has to do one of the following things:
* Move the screen pointer with the pen to an empty space inside the panel.
* Click with the pen on a panel item, to activate it.
* Use a mouse to move the screen pointer out of the popup.
The following will _not_ make a panel popup go away, when using a pen to
control the screen pointer:
* Moving the screen pointer directly from the popup into an application window
or the desktop background.
* Clicking with the pen inside a window or the desktop background.
* Changing to an other window with Alt+Tab.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the graphics tablet pen to hover over an item in the panel.
2. Await the item's automatic hover popup.
3. Use the graphics tablet pen to move the screen pointer out of the popup,
without moving through other parts of the panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
The popup stays on screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The popup goes away when the screen pointer leave it.
