DESCRIPTION
Setting up Weather Report through system tray will not have the configuration
option to "Show Temperature Beside Widget Icon". If you add the Weather Report
through the "Add or Manage Widgets..." the setting is available.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the up arrow on System Tray and select "Set up Weather Report"
2. Fill in your Weather Station
3. Click "Appearance"
OBSERVED RESULT
"Show Temperature: Beside Widget Icon" radio button is missing.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Show Temperature: Beside Widget Icon" should be an option.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you add the Weather Report using "Add or Manage Widgets...", instead of
