            Bug ID: 522376
Summary: Krunner window movement and visual artifacts
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: krunner
      Version First unspecified
       Reported In:
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]

  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
I recently changed my workflow to focus on krunner as my application launcher,
which works quite well however as I am using it more frequently I have
encountered some visual artifacting when it loads new entries or the krunner
search bar moving offscreen (when placed at the top) or jumping when in the
center.

I also seem to occasionally encounter some form of font/icon rendering issue
were when loading a new entry the icon or text will become massive often
extending above the searchbar.

Furthermore I am unsure if its a graphics driver issue but when a search has
just loaded I will sometimes get a pixelated rainbow graphical artifact.

Both kickoff and overview search do not have this issue and both use the
krunner backend (afaik). Its only the ALT+Space krunner window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open krunner
2. Search
3. Try a different search term
4. Repeat from step 2 until artifact or movement happens.

OBSERVED RESULT
Krunner window has one of the 3 mentioned artifacts or movements happen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Window stays stationary doesnt have visual artifacts, similar to kickoff and
overview.
