Bug ID: 522399
Summary: Editing scheduled posts no longer available?
Classification: Applications
Product: Tokodon
Version First 26.04.2
Reported In:
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
CC: [email protected], [email protected]
Target Milestone: ---
DESCRIPTION
Previous versions (not sure which, earlier this year) had a way to edit a
scheduled post: clicking a post in "Scheduled" opened it for editing, and on
saving, the user was asked for the new date and time.
Version 26.04.2 no longer has this option: clicking a post does nothing, only
the new button "Re-schedule..." on top works.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new scheduled post
2. Open scheduled list via your UserName > "three dots" button > Scheduled
Posts
3. Clicking on the post does nothing (previously it opened the post for editing
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Adding a separate button for rescheduling is a welcome change! It was tiresome
to reconfirm the date every time I went to correct a typo. However, now editing
doesn't work at all. I'd like it to be restored but kept separate for
rescheduling (as in, setting the time and date for the post) — maybe exactly as
it worked before (minus the setting time part) or via a separate button near
"Re-Schedule". Being able to edit a planned post is vital!
