DESCRIPTION
Logged in to KDE this morning and none of my desktop icons will accept any
clicks. Also noticed that I cannot right click on an open space in the desktop
either.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into KDE
2. Click on any desktop icon
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing - clicking on any icon does nothing. Heck, hovering over any icon
shows no change to the icon. Likewise for right-click: nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Launch of program associated with said icon

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Fedora 44 - Linux Kernel 7.0.13-200.fc44.x86_64

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Restarting session did not help, neither did rebooting the PC.
