Is it reproducible on your side with your previously shared go-pro clip ? To ensure the proxy file is recreated, go in Kdenlive's clip properties, in the properties tab you have a trash icon to delete the existing proxy and then enable proxy again. Also, maybe relevant is which proxy encoding profile are you using ? Check in Project settings > Proxy. Is it set to automatic ?
