DESCRIPTION
Using the icons-only task manager widget, the new Oxygen Plasma style has
significantly smaller icons than it used to.
OBSERVED RESULT
See attached image
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons ideally should be the same size as they are in Breeze; they shouldn't be
smaller than they were before.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My monitor is 1920x1080p. The panel that holds the task manager has a panel
height of 42 and is not floating. The icon spacing set in the settings for the
task manager is "normal".
