STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1.Create a folder with a '#' in its name (e.g., D:\Documents\#test\).
2.Place a PDF file inside that folder.
3.Attempt to open the PDF file using Okular.
OBSERVED RESULT: The PDF fails to open. Instead, Okular lists or displays image
files (e.g., .png) located in the parent directory (D:\Documents\).
EXPECTED RESULT: The PDF file should open normally.
