Application Launcher. On the left with the opaque background and on the right
with the transparent/blurred background.
DESCRIPTION
The Application Launcher widget is completely opaque and black when a window is
open in fullscreen on the same monitor and virtual desktop. I added an
attachment where you can see the issue. On the left you see how it looks with a
fullscreen window and on the right with no fullscreen window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Application Launcher Widget in Taskbar
2. Open any window in fullscreen
3. Click on Application Launcher
OBSERVED RESULT
Application Launcher Background is completely opaque
EXPECTED RESULT
Application Laucher background is blurred like when there are no fullscreen
windows present

terminal window): Fedora Linux 44

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
K-Runner also has this transparency and blur, but it works correctly with both
fullscreen and non-fullscreen windows.
