The problem showcased in Konsole.
DESCRIPTION
When I start steam (and sometimes even without steam open) windows start
flashing.
It's hard to describe the flashing, please see the attached picture.
I also recorded a video showcasing the problem in two situations, it can be

It affects among others:
- Steam
- Discord
- Telegram Desktop
- Konsole
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Endeavour OS on a Framework Laptop 16
2. Install steam
3. Open Steam
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows start flashing (see video) and the desktop can be seen through the
flashing.
EXPECTED RESULT
No window flashing

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The problem doesn't occur with Hyprland and labwc. (I started them from TTY and
started both steam and discord: no flashing)
It also doesn't occur on different hardware. (Put my NVME into the computer of
a friend and the flashing didn't happen there either)
Recording the screen doesn't show the flashing.
