A Photograph Of The Display, When The Menu Bar Fails To Render

# DESCRIPTION

When PlasmaShell is invoked, then gracefully killed (when responsive), in
Konsole, in a nested KWin instance, KWin begins to behave like ReactOS /
Windows XP, for Konsole's menu bar becomes invisible, and the PlasmaShell
wallpaper ghosts. Essentially, painting each element is a reactive operation.

# STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Via a (hereafter, host) KWin instance, invoke `konsole -e "bash -c 'export
$(dbus-launch) && kwin_wayland plasmashell'"`.

2. When the effect described in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=521092#c0
has elapsed, invoke similar to `konsole -e 'pwsh -c "kquitapp6 plasmashell"`.

3. Move your mouse over the menu bar, and/or move the window.

# OBSERVED RESULT

- The menu bar buttons, previously invisible, become rendered.

- When the window is moved, it ghosts the background, [^1] in a reverse manner.
https://youtu.be/olpJVbN3Av4 depicts this, although the flashes that it depicts
do not actually render (evidently, KWin provides different output to OBS).
Instead, the attached screenshot demonstrates what the user observes.

# EXPECTED RESULT

None of this should occur.
