DESCRIPTION
Canvas doesn't render correctly when, via the Compositions docker, you toggle
off a Pass-Through Group Layer underneath another layer partially covering it

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download the attached .kra file, and open it in Krita.
2. Observe that you have two group layers, Blue Group and Grey Group, and that
Grey Group has Pass Through properties enabled and covers the whole canvas in
grey. Meanwhile, Blue Group covers half the canvas in blue.
3. In the Compositions docker, double tap comp 3.

OBSERVED RESULT
The left half of the canvas turns transparent, and the right half is grey. To
repeat this result, double tap comp 1, then comp 3.
EXPECTED RESULT
The entire canvas turns transparent, due to the fact that the group layers are
now off.
WORKAROUND
You can temporarily fix this visual glitch by, in the Layer docker, toggling on
and then off Grey Group. Observe that the canvas is now completely transparent.

TECHNICAL OBSERVATIONS
I noticed that the bug only occurs when the following conditions are met:
1. Grey Group, MUST have Pass Through properties enabled.
2. The Paint Layer inside Grey Group MUST remain enabled when following the
"Steps to Reproduce" written above.
3. The layers above Grey Group must contain pixels that PARTIALLY cover Grey
Group.
If these three conditions are NOT met, then the canvas renders correctly.
To prove point 1:
In the Compositions docker, double tap comp 6, then comp 7. Compare this result
with comp 1, then comp 3.
To prove point 2:
Double tap comp 8, then comp 9. Compare this result with comp 1 then comp 3.
To prove point 3:
Double tap comp 2, then comp 3. Compare this result with comp 1 then comp 3.
