DESCRIPTION
When Plasma notification appears with action buttons ("mark as read" for email
for example), when the button is pressed, the cursor transforms to a bouncy
animation as like the application is starting.
This is a regression, this was not the case in Plasma 6.5.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Thunderbird
2. Receive email
3. Press "mask as read"
OBSERVED RESULT
After pressing "mark as read", cursor is bouncy for several seconds
EXPECTED RESULT
Button press should not change the cursor
