Titlebar buttons settings (example)
DESCRIPTION
The rightmost button on the window title bars (usually the "close" button)
fails to appear if your settings include more than four visible buttons.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma
2. Open System Settings
3. Navigate to Appearance & Style → Colours & Themes → Window Decorations
4. Click on "Configure Titlebar Buttons"
5. Ensure you have at least five buttons on the right-hand side that will be
visible on most windows (see attachment for an example)
6. Apply your changes
7. Restart Kwin for good measure (`kwin_x11 --replace`)
OBSERVED RESULT
* The rightmost button is not initially visible.
* Note how a window redraw, e.g., by resizing the window, or shading it will
cause all controls to appear. The command `qdbus6 org.kde.KWin /KWin
reconfigure` has the same effect for all existing window decorations.
* Although I focus on the "close" button, rearranging them shows that whichever
the rightmost button is, it will disappear.
* I have not tried with more than five visible buttons, so I do not know how
many will fail to render on initial draw.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window length permitting, all configured buttons meant to be visible should be
visible on initial draw, and stay visible throughout.
