DESCRIPTION
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load a pdf file with forms and filled-in checkboxes on windows version of
okular
2. a banner saying "this document has forms" appears and allows you to click
"show forms". Do not click
OBSERVED RESULT
Checkboxes that should be filled in are displayed as empty. Then, if you click
show forms, they display as filled in.
EXPECTED RESULT
Filled-in checkboxes should display as filled in regardless of whether show
forms is clicked.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
NOTE: I also run Okular 26.04.3 on Linux (CachyOS) and THIS BUG DOES NOT HAPPEN
THERE with the same pdf files.
