the menu is not RTL
DESCRIPTION
When you right click on the search bar the menu is not RTL
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch OS to Arabic
2. open System settings
3. right click on the search bar
OBSERVED RESULT
the menu is not RTL
EXPECTED RESULT
the menu is RTL, text should be on the right side and the shortcuts at the
left, see kwrite, done it correctly.
