            Bug ID: 522635
Summary: Make the defaults for importing keyframe position
align better with expectations (Motion Tracker -->
                    Transform effect workflow)
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kdenlive
      Version First 26.04.2
       Reported In:
          Platform: Flatpak
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Video Effects & Transitions
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
When importing keyframes to the Transform effect, typically when using the
Motion Tracker, the import dialog defaults to mapping the keframes as Geometry
and in the Top Left position. This can be confusing to people, even those
experienced with Kdenlive (case in point: the tutorial in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=522604#c1).

Additionally, limiting the keyframe number is on by default, which is an
additional layer of confusion if the user doesn't understand what the option
does.

It is also quite tedious to have to make these changes every time when using
the motion tracker.

SUGGESTION
Make importing keyframes default to Position - Centered, and don't limit the
keyframes by default.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
N/A

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
These are some little QOL changes that would benefit a lot of people (at least
myself). I don't know if there is a reason that the other options are the
default instead of what people would typically use.
