Partially off-screen notification
DESCRIPTION
Notifications appear in weird placements when using non-standard panel setups
and the "Near notification icon" option, including appearing off-screen. This
seems to happen given panel constraints, see screenshot for my example, where
the right panel which contains the system tray seems to force the notification
right because of the panel stopping not so far from the edge.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE (Minimal for off-screen placement)
1. Create an empty panel with top or bottom position, left or right alignment
and fit to content.
2. Add a system tray widget and nothing else.
3. Remove system tray widget from all other panels (to rule out undefined "Near
notification icon" behaviour).
4. Set notification position setting to "Near notification icon".
5. Send a notification by any mean, like `notify-send`.
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification shows pushed off-screen to the side (and in my example a bit down
from the tallest panel).
EXPECTED RESULT
Notification shows entirely on screen.
