DESCRIPTION
After upgrading from Plasma 6.6.5 on Framework 13 7040 series (a
non-touchscreen, non-folding laptop) a virtual keyboard ALWAYS shows when
attempting to type in any input field and CAN NOT be disabled via any tested
means (eg: virtual keyboard in kde settings was already set to none, show
virtual keyboard was set to "with touch and tablet" but setting it to "none"
also does not fix this, changing these setttings back and forth and rebooting
still has no effect)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. upgraded on KDE Neon from plasma 6.6.5 to 6.7.0 on framework 13 7040 series
laptop
2. observe on screen keyboard appears when attempting to type in any input box
OBSERVED RESULT
virtual keyboard always appears when attempting to type anywhere
EXPECTED RESULT
virtual keyboard behaves as it always did
