"Most used pages" with no entries
DESCRIPTION
With a brand-new user in Plasma, the "Most used pages:" section appears, but
has no entries. This looks rather odd.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a brand new Linux user
2. Login as that user
3. Run System Settings
4. Look at the bottom of the Quick Settings page
OBSERVED RESULT
Text "Most used pages:" with nothing after it.
EXPECTED RESULT
No "Most used pages:" text. Or if absolutely necessary, "Most used pages:"
followed by an explanation e.g. "Your most used System Settings pages will
appear here". But I prefer not to show the section at all when there are no
entries yet.
