Drawer content cannot be focused by keyboard
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on global/context drawer handle
2. Press Tab multiple times
OBSERVED RESULT
The actions did not focus. The focus goes to whatever in the individual pages.
EXPECTED RESULT
The actions focus before going into individual pages.
