DESCRIPTION
I duplicated a sequence and then added some clips there and tried to move them
around with the transport tool. The clips appear to move but during playback
they appear as if they're still in their original place. And if I zoom in or
out of the timeline the clips suddenly reappear at their original position.

I'm not sure how reproducible this is on other projects.
Happens on 26.04.3 appimage over Debian stable.
