DESCRIPTION
When in canvas-only mode, tablet input (at least with a mix of touch, pen and
eraser inputs) becomes nearly unusable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Test tablet input outside of canvas-only mode
2. Enter canvas only mode and test again

EXPECTED RESULT
Input should be rock solid and consistent, same as it is outside of canvas-only
mode.
