Changed the color of Novaya Zemlya from Nenetsia's RGB(153,51,255) to Arkhangelsk Oblast's RGB(255,51,255). 2. Made the same correction for Franz Josef Land. Both archipelagos belong to Arkhangelsk Oblast and are administratively independent from Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Please review this fix and consider merging it into the official data package. Since KDE now recommends submitting patches via GitLab Merge Requests, I can also submit a proper MR if needed – but I'm attaching the corrected file here for reference.
