STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Linear layout, e.g. 3 horizontal desktops on a 16:9 such that the distances
between the window previews are not too big or simply many windows on a desktop
2. Move the cursor from window A to another B, to C etc.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window A is highlighted, then the desktop and then B, causing an annoying
flicker, when desktop is highlighted for a fraction of a second in the
intermediate state.
EXPECTED RESULT
The desktop is first highlighted after a short timeout, when the cursor hovers
over the desktop.
