DESCRIPTION
Error trying to launch Kmail
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Kmail
2. Wait for Kmail to start
3. Message pops up.
OBSERVED RESULT
After Launching Kmail a message says "A required background service is not
operational .
EXPECTED RESULT
Should start Kmail and proceed to read or send email.
