LOG-FILE:Wi-Fi password rejected after suspend/reboot until changing password
storage option

System:
- Nobara 44
- KDE Plasma 6.7.2
- NetworkManager 1.56.1
- WPA2-PSK
- Fritz!Box 6670 HE

Problem:

After suspend (and sometimes after reboot), Plasma reports that the Wi-Fi
password is incorrect.

The password is correct.

Workaround:

Open the Wi-Fi connection settings.
Change the password storage from:

"Store password for all users"

to

"Store password for this user only"

then immediately back to

"Store password for all users"

without changing the password.

After saving, the connection succeeds immediately.

This workaround is reproducible every time.

Already tested:

- recreated connection
- removed duplicate connection profiles
- system-wide connection
- iwd instead of wpa_supplicant
- router configured for WPA2 only
- KWallet reinstalled

No change.

Relevant journal entries:

- no secrets: No agents were available for this request
- reason 'no-secrets'
- psk mismatch reported by supplicant
- The connection was modified since activation

Immediately afterwards, the same connection succeeds without changing the
password.

- NetworkManager journal
