STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have the Panel set to auto-hide.
2. Not use nor show the Panel for a long time.
3. Hover over a app icon in the Panel to see its window preview/miniature.
OBSERVED RESULT
0.5/1 second stutter / short-freeze.
EXPECTED RESULT
This shouldn't happen since all its doing is showing the existing apps'
screens.
